Potli Productions has developed Skilling for a Sustainable Tomorrow, a book for Pakka Skills that documents the institution’s journey through a participatory process involving trainees, trainers, alumni, and industry partners. Designed and created through extensive engagement with the people at the heart of the initiative, the publication captures real experiences, aspirations, and reflections from the Pakka Skills ecosystem.

The book was developed through conversations, workshops, storytelling sessions, and collaborative documentation exercises that actively involved trainees and trainers in shaping its narrative. This participatory approach ensured that the publication reflects authentic voices and lived experiences, rather than being a conventional institutional report.

From trainee journeys and trainer insights to alumni success stories and industry partnerships, the book highlights Pakka Skills’ work in preparing youth for sustainable careers through hands-on technical education and green skilling initiatives. It also includes creative contributions conceptualised by trainees, making the publication a shared expression of learning and growth.

The book demonstrates the power of participatory documentation as a tool for storytelling and impact communication.
